Library Screening
The national NOR-Openscreen compound collection consists of multiple chemical diversity sets, libraries for drug repurposing and focused libraries targeting specific pathways or biological functions. Compounds are stored in 384-well plates in a Roylan StoragePod system under a controlled atmosphere. Assay-ready plates are produced using the Access Workstation with the integrated acoustic dispenser. Transfer volumes range from 2.5 nL to 1 µL.
